Looking for a short, but meaningful contract?

At AQA, we have two opportunities to join our Outbound Logistics team during the peak of our summer exam season. This small, but dedicated team, work with the resources that schools request so that students can perform fully during their exams.

In this role you will be responding to queries and investigations, largely by email direct from customers or internal suppliers. You will then be responsible for processing stationary/exam material requests and following up on queries raised with delivery providers.

In order to be successful, you will need to have good attention to detail and able to process data onto the system and review reports. As well as having a good customer manner and willingness to get involved to help students see success.

Contract details:
Location: Offices on the University of Surrey campus, GU2 7XJ
Pay: £14.40 per hour
Start Date: 14/04/2026 & 06/05/2026
End Date: 15/06/2026
Hours: Full time, 35 hours a week
Working Pattern: 7 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm, over 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday (weekend shifts are distributed across the team during peak worktimes)
