Temporary Associate Training Administrator

In this role you’ll be required to support the team, updating and maintaining booking details for our online training events, proofing and editing event feedback for sharing with our exam markers and moderators, responding to incoming queries via phone and email, and ensuring that training delivery is informative, engaging and supports effective marking and moderation.

All we ask is that you can talk us through your:

  • meticulous attention to detail
  • exceptional planning and organisation skills
  • ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • good customer service skills
  • great knowledge of Excel and MS Word

From day one we’ll make sure you’re fully equipped and trained. You’ll also have access to our learning management system along with our internal vacancies (50% of our permanent roles are filled internally!).

Hourly rate: £13.70 p/h

Contract dates: 07 April until 27 June 2025

Hours: 17.5 hours a week; 3.5 hour shifts between 8.30am and 5.30pm (to be agreed with the candidate at the discretion of the team).

Location: University of Guildford campus. Our smart working approach means you may be able to work some of your days each week from home
