Job Summary The SB VAR Representative role will work with identified reseller accounts who are primarily buying goods from CDW with the sole purpose of reselling these goods to end user customers. This role will be responsible for managing our Small Business reseller portfolio through inbound/outbound call activities. The SB VAR Representative's primary duty and responsibility is to respond professionally to inbound phone calls and web inquiries for reseller customers. The VAR Representative's responsibility is to qualify opportunities to ensure that they are addressed by the correct CDW resource and segment and respond to the customer's needs while being a strong ambassador of the CDW brand
What you will do:
• Receive and process all web orders and inquiries from SCVC and unassigned customers. • Handle all customer follow-ups on ETA's, returns and general account management duties. • Understand and maintain partner restrictions on resale of products by working closely with contacts from • Product and Partner Management, Partner Specialists, Partner Brand Managers or other. relevant stakeholders. • Receive and process all web orders and inquiries from RSLR and unassigned customers. • Ensure metrics and other performance goals are met. • Continuously develop and enhance sales skills, system skills, technical skills and customer service skills through on-going training
What we expect of you:
• High School diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred) • 1 year of call center experience • 1 year of sales experience • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills - vocabulary and articulation • Advanced computer skills - experience with Microsoft (Excel and Word) • Demonstrable organizational and time management skills - ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment • Ability to solve problems and resolve conflict directly in multiple communication channels • Strong Math Skills • Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment • Proven ability to provide timely solutions, as customer issues must be resolved quickly and efficiently • Strong interest in sales • Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment • Strong organization skills • Proper written and phone etiquette Pay range: $18.27 - $24.42/hour depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials We make technology work so people can do great things.
