THE ROLE

The Senior Director, TLC, reporting to the VP of Temenos Knowledge, Learning and Community (TKLC) will own the end-to-end performance of a roughly $10m a year global Learning & Development product line, with full accountability for both its commercial success and product evolution.

This role combines product leadership and revenue ownership, responsible for defining the TLC proposition, shaping its roadmap, driving adoption across clients, and delivering sustained growth.

You will operate as the single accountable leader for TLC, ensuring it is positioned, packaged, and delivered as a scalable, revenue-generating product aligned to client needs and business priorities.  This role works closely with the Head of Knowledge as a peer within the overall TKLC organization, reporting into the broader 1CX (1 Customer Experience) team at Temenos.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own the full P&L for the TLC business line, including revenue targets, growth strategy, and margin performance
  • Define and drive the product strategy, including roadmap, proposition development, and content priorities
  • Ensure TLC offering evolves in line with client demand, product releases, and broader business strategy
  • Build and execute a modernized AI first strategy for Learning, Exam, Certification and Community within Temenos, evolving the content, technology stack and customer experience with these products.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the offering, including new product packages, pricing models, and revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive adoption and positioning
  • Act as the global owner and ambassador for TLC, ensuring alignment between product, sales, and delivery

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, or services environments, with ownership of a revenue-generating product, portfolio, or business line.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling a commercial Learning & Development product or training business, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience defining and executing product strategy, including roadmap development, content prioritisation, and offering evolution.
  • Demonstrated success owning P&L and delivering against revenue targets, including packaging, pricing, and scaling product offerings.
  • Strong understanding of how AI will drive training, certification, or enablement drives product adoption and client value.
  • Experience working with or selling training platforms, certification products, community or digital learning solutions tied to enterprise software adoption.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Delivery, ensuring alignment between product development, content creation, and commercial outcomes.
