Join Our Team as a Telemarketing Sales Team Manager!

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing telesales teams remotely? We’re looking for an ambitious Telemarketing Team Manager to take charge of a growing team of appointment setters, driving performance, quality, and results for our field sales force.

You will be required to attend 3 weeks office based training in Grimsby. Travel and accommodation provided where necessary. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.

Responsibilities for our Telemarketing Sales Team Manager:

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of circa 16 Telemarketing Advisors.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Monitor productivity and drive KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality leads

  • Ensure the quality and qualification of all appointments set for field sales reps.

  • Conduct regular 1-2-1 coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing performance reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support a seamless sales process and outstanding customer experience.

Requirements for our Telemarketing Sales Team Manager:

  • A motivated and target-driven leader with a passion for sales success

  • Demonstrable experience managing remote telesales/telemarketing teams in a high-paced environment.

  • A strong track record of exceeding team sales targets and driving performance through coaching.

  • Commercially astute with a strategic approach to planning and pipeline development.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and influence teams.

  • Experience in Payment Solutions is advantageous, but not essential.

  • An energetic and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for team development and results.
