As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our client's services. Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and effectively promote our client's services.
- Communicate professionally and persuasively to address customer inquiries and highlight the benefits of our client's offerings.
- Achieve or exceed predetermined sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using designated software or tools.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive and engaging attitude during customer interactions.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Junior-level candidates with less than 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
