The Technology Transformation Practice

Our Tech Transformation Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognisable brands solve their biggest challenges in today’s age of constant innovation and digital disruption.
With diverse services spanning IT strategy and architecture, IT Operations, Cloud Transformation, Security, Risk and Compliance, we help enterprises executives to deliver business value through the use technology and processes.

Our teams specialise in 4 core areas covering Cloud, Enterprise, Data and Cyber Security, with a range of offerings that enable you to bring you experience to the foreground in enterprise consultancy with thought leadership and practical experience.

The Role

·       Lead overall cloud transformation programme, with over 200 resources in multiple geographic locations to achieve desired outcomes.

·       Lead programme governance including planning, reporting, and compliance tracking.

·       Oversee phase closures, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing readiness.

·       Manage programme controls such as RAID logs, change requests, and contract compliance.

·       Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement across, including escalation management.

·       Streamline and improve operational processes, working with internal and external stakeholders as required (e.g., application intake, resource planning).

·       Facilitate key programme ceremonies including scrum of scrums and weekly status reviews.

·       Monitor financial performance and margin tracking in collaboration with senior leadership.

·       Support resource allocation and demand planning with service lines and delivery leads.

·       Ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and maintain delivery momentum.

·       Provide regular updates to senior leadership on programme health and strategic risks.

·       Work with lead technical architect to ensure the solution deliverables are in line with client expectations.

·       Identify, support and facilitate new sales opportunities.

·       Provide mentoring and coaching of junior consultants across the programme.

·       Regularly present to customers in sales, pre-delivery and delivery sessions. 

About You

Ideally you will have a strong career progression to date and have experience working with recognised consulting brands on multiple large enterprise clients over various industries

 Your experience will include

·       Proven consultancy experience within a Global System Integrator (GSI) environment.

·       Strong consulting background in IT/Technology, with a focus on business transformation and complex programme delivery.

·       Deep expertise in cloud transformation, application development, rationalisation, and commercial management across platforms such as Azure and AWS.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programmes with a focus on delivery excellence and stakeholder alignment.

·       Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Solid understanding of business case development and cost modelling.

·       Previous technical experience (e.g., as a Solutions or Cloud Architect) is highly advantageous.

·       Able to work with Engineers and to communicate and articulate with PMs and senior architects

·       Certifications in Azure or AWS will be advantageous

·       Willing to travel when needed

·       Languages: Fluent in English
