As a Technology Support Director in Infrastructure Platforms, you will lead teams ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Leverage your deep expertise and industry knowledge to set the strategic direction, influence the organization, and maintain and enhance all internally and externally developed systems, ensuring a seamless user experience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Technology Support Director in Infrastructure Platforms, you will lead teams ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Leverage your deep expertise and industry knowledge to set the strategic direction, influence the organization, and maintain and enhance all internally and externally developed systems, ensuring a seamless user experience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Directly manage multiple areas with strategic and transactional focus to enable technology support teams to deliver end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm
- Develop and oversee policies and procedures to ensure operational stability and availability
- Collaborate with technology leads in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Russia to align regional strategies with global objectives and ensure consistent implementation across all locations
- Establish strong links with regional / global teams leveraging common processes, function and resources to achieve service delivery targets
- Work closely with partner teams including Audit, Risk and Compliance to ensure full compliance with local regulations and J.P. Morgan Technology standards
- Develop and oversee monitoring of production environments for anomalies, address issues, and lead the evolution of utilizing standard observability tools to drive improvements in service delivery
- Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other Technology related field
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services, operating at an Executive Director or equivalent level.
- Proven experience in leading diverse technology teams, fostering collaboration, setting clear objectives, and driving high performance to achieve strategic goals.
- Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Demonstrated experience in executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Practical experience with public cloud
- Experience in managing operations across multiple geographies.
- Proficiency in leveraging large language models (LLM) for technology solutions.
- Hands on experience with financial services regulatory environments for Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India and Russia
