What we are looking for: 

We are looking for a personable and skilled Analyst to join our London based Infrastructure Customer Experience team. This individual will provide technology support to the business.

This is a full-time role, where you will be required in your designated office a minimum of 4 days per week, with one day working outside an Invesco office.

 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing technical support to the business, alongside call management for Incidents and Tasks – including troubleshooting issues, logging and taking ownership, updating, closing calls correctly, using the appropriate categories and escalating when appropriate via ServiceNow.

  • Completing software/hardware installs, upgrades, ad hoc project activity, moves and roll outs as and when requested, to the satisfaction of all parties involved

  • Overseeing AV operations by supporting Business Partner’s meetings and video conferences.

  • Setting up, issuing and supporting company requisite Tech hardware covering Laptops/PCs, corporate mobile devices and associated desktop peripherals.

  • Maintaining a knowledge base for supported apps, including installation guides and best practices, also maintain asset inventories, workplace personas, procedure databases and the Technology knowledge center up to date and current

  • Specializing in one sub area driving adoption and customer experience of new and existing Technologies

What you can bring: 

  • Demonstrable experience in a client facing desktop support role, preferably gained within the Financial Services sector in a fast-paced environment at a senior technical level.

  • Experience with Microsoft Products a requirement.

  • Experience using Office 365, Mac, Windows, LAN/WAN networking, Azure & AWS Cloud technologies, Mobility solutions and scripting/automation,

  • Knowledge of ITIL / Agile methodologies
