The Technology Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement team by processing invoices and purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain vendor management compliance. Responsibilities include tracking orders, reviewing invoices, and updating procurement records.

Position Overview:
As a Procurement Analyst you will provide support to the broader Procurement team. You will work closely with various teams including Finance and Technology to process invoices, technology purchase order requests and assist with the onboarding of vendors.
- Expedite and track purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and others to ensure adherence with firm's vendor management policies and procedures
- Review and approve invoices relating to the purchase orders created
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience within technology procurement
- Experience working with Accounts Payable
- Ability to multitask
- Collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Diligent and able to think quickly in a demanding environment
