The Technology Policy Management Senior Manager drives the end-to-end execution of technology, data, and governance policies across the organization. This leader ensures that policies are not only well designed but fully operationalized, embedded into business processes, and consistently adopted across global teams. The role blends strategic oversight with hands on execution, requiring a strong command of technology governance.

In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of specialists and managers to oversee moderate to highly complex activities associated with the development and implementation of business-specific programs, processes, and controls which identify, assess, monitor, measure, and mitigate risk
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control strategies
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions, interpret and develop policies and procedures, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, initiatives, protocols, and deliverables that are moderate to high-risk within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers
- Engage and influence business heads, regulators, control management, risk, legal, and audit partners to successfully ensure appropriate management of business risk
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 3+ years of proven track record of executing enterprise technology or data policies at scale
- 3+ years of strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC, GDPR)
- 3+ years of experience building processes, frameworks, or operating models that support policy governance
- Exceptional program management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities, including translating complex requirements into practical guidance
- High adoption and compliance rates across all technology policies
- Clear, measurable execution plans that reduce ambiguity and accelerate implementation
- Strong cross functional alignment with engineering, security, legal, and business teams
- Reduced policy related risk exposure through effective controls and monitoring
- Positive audit and regulatory outcomes supported by strong documentation and evidence
- Position offers a hybrid work schedule
