The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, proactive, and organized Technology Engagement Associate to join our dynamic Technology Engagement team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving employee engagement and effective communications across the entire Technology department and its leadership team. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit.

 The Technology Team delivers best-in-class digital experiences to over 1 billion consumers globally. We create data-driven technology and products that are essential to connecting billions of customers to our iconic brands. We work in an agile environment that fosters meaningful connections across our organization that powers an engaged workforce and user base. 

What will you be doing?

Content Development and Communications:

  • Draft, edit, and deliver clear, engaging, and impactful communications (emails, Slacks, newsletters, presentations, blogs, etc.) for internal audiences.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to craft communications plans and messaging that align with departmental goals and strategies.

  • Support content development for digital platforms and channels both internally and externally. 

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns that foster a strong sense of community, recognition, and alignment within the Technology department.

  • Support the development of industry award submissions for Technology’s work.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to support leadership priorities and organizational initiatives.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure smooth execution of communications and engagement initiatives.

  • Track and analyze metrics to measure the success and impact of engagement activities, providing actionable insights for improvement

Who you are:

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  • Relevant professional experience, such as internships or entry-level roles in communications, employee engagement, or event management.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • High energy, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
