About this role

As a Business Analyst, you help connect Product Management, Engineering, and internal/external stakeholders. You support understanding business and functional needs, analysing requirements, and translating them into clear specifications that guide development.
 

The Team

Join BlackRock’s Aladdin eFront Engineering team, supporting the eFront Invest ecosystem used across the private markets industry.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support requirements analysis, including use cases and data mapping.
  • Help produce functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Assist in organising cross‑functional discussions and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong execution skills, helping drive workstreams forward and ensuring tasks progress on schedule.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, QA alignment, and design discussions with Engineering.
  • Participate in feature validation, test scenario preparation, and post‑release follow‑up.
  • Support stakeholder communication and help create user guides, release notes, and operational documentation.
     
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, functional design, or systems analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments, with good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of private markets or financial systems is an advantage but not required.
