Key responsibilities:
- Conduct and support routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Closely adhere to SOPs and GMP guidelines to ensure the detailed execution of tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve and address any technical issues that arise.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure elite operational efficiency.
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods and processes.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or proven equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is highly desirable.
- Outstanding focus on detail and ability to accurately adhere to protocols.
- Shown ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully conduct solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
