Due to the continuous success and high customer demand, we are looking for Technical Writers to join our R&D team to build and shape the next generation of products that transform how organizations worldwide use data.

Headquartered in London with offices in New York, Boston, Toronto, Sydney, Singapore, and Brussels, Quantexa continues its expansion within the UK, building on our core values of Determination, Ambition, Teamwork, and Accountability.

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with the engineering teams, product owners, delivery teams, and solution architects to document new features, as well as improve existing documentation to enable both technical and non-technical users to understand and work with The Quantexa Platform.
  • Produce a variety of content with differing styles, audiences, and purposes. This may include user-friendly how-to guides, engaging tutorials, reference material, APIs, release notes, and migration guides.
  • Utilizing our writing guide, design, build, and review content to ensure it is unambiguous and consistent.
  • Curate and organize documentation to improve structure, readability, and discoverability.
  • Support the current team of writers through peer reviews and sharing best practices.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills, paying close attention to detail.
  • Can collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • A supportive team member, who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
  • An interest in current technology, with the ability to learn quickly.

Experience in the following would be beneficial:

  • Documenting complex software projects and architectures.
  • Experience reading code and adding simple code examples to documentation.
  • Experience working with automated documentation tools and pipelines.
  • Experience with Markdown or AsciiDoc, as well as development tools such as Git.
