Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

We're seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team and take ownership of our long-form content creation, including whitepapers, ebooks, and technical documentation of Cloud Monitoring.

Our Cloud Monitoring platform powers businesses worldwide, enabling them to gain crucial insights into their systems and applications. Whether monitoring critical infrastructure, optimizing application performance, or detecting anomalies in real-time, our technology is at the heart of modern observability solutions. This role combines technical expertise with storytelling abilities to create compelling, authoritative content that drives thought leadership and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and technical documentation from concept to completion.
  • Read complex and technical PRDs and translate them into clear, engaging content for various audience levels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product strategists, and stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and style across all content pieces.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience writing technical content, particularly whitepapers and ebooks.
  • Experience in the observability field and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven portfolio of published technical content.
  • Strong research and creative writing skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Advanced writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work with designers to imagine creative and clear illustrations to create compelling content.
