Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support, service, and warranty assistance across the SRAM product portfolio, including RockShox, Zipp, SRAM, Quarq, Hammerhead, TIME, Velocio, and Ochain, with a primary focus on suspension products.
- Respond to technical inquiries from dealers and customers via phone, email, and other support channels.
- Develop and maintain product-related documentation and share technical updates through internal reporting systems.
- Represent the team at industry events and cycling races, providing technical expertise and product support.
- Partner closely with Product Development and cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Bike Mechanic, Bicycle Technician, or in a related technical role.
- A strong passion for cycling and mechanical systems.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
- A high level of commitment, accountability, and attention to detail.
