About the RoleAre you a natural problem solver who thrives in the middle of the action? Do you love diving deep into technical challenges while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront? We’re looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer ( 2nd level ) to bridge the gap between customers, engineering, and sales teams. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless tech support experience and driving customer success.
What you’ll be doing- Be the first line of (awesome) support, helping users solve technical issues and ensuring they have a great experience with us.
- Troubleshoot REST and RPC API calls in the blockchain space—become the go-to expert our customers trust.
- Use tools like Postman, GCP, and Grafana to investigate, test, and resolve issues.
- Keep our documentation up-to-date and crystal clear (we use and OpenAPI).
- Respond to questions via Freshdesk and Live Chat, always with empathy and clarity.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing to share feedback, fix bugs, and improve the customer journey.
- Help create a feedback loop that turns real-world issues into better products.
- Spot patterns in tickets and suggest improvements—we love people who think ahead.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, RPC calls, and tools like Postman.
- You’ve worked with OpenAPI (OAS) and know how to write or improve developer docs.
- Familiar with Git (bonus if you’re GitHub-savvy).
- Docker? Nice to have!
- You can read code—TypeScript is a plus, but not a must.
- Experience using Grafana/Loki/GCP logging to debug live systems, building and refining Dashboards.
- You get blockchain basics: UTXO vs. account models, private keys, mnemonics…
- You’re great at explaining technical stuff in a simple, friendly way.
- Fluent in English (written + spoken).
- A strong sense of ownership, high autonomy, attention to detail, and love for high-quality work.
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including the occasional weekend or holiday.
- You’re curious, proactive, and excited to grow in the blockchain space.
- A commercial mindset—you understand how support connects to business goals.
- Prior experience in blockchain infra, devtools, observability, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Built or maintained internal tools, bots, or API integrations (e.g., Slack + Freshdesk + Grafana).
- Contributed to incident response, status pages, or postmortems
- Startup experience—you know how to wear a few hats, move fast, and stay cool under pressure.
- A track record of building great relationships with customers or cross-functional teams.
