What's it all about?

  • You will support our international customers with their inquiries regarding their products and the application through various communication channels
  • You will assist our customers in the practical application and integration of our test equipment
  • You have the opportunity to network with our international colleagues and to exchange experiences
  • You are the internal voice of our customers, understand their needs and actively advocate for their concerns
  • You will assist in carrying out diagnosis and condition assessment of various applications using the full range of OMICRON equipment and find solutions to all kinds of customer requests
  • You conduct product trainings and measurements on site and at customers' locations
  • You support our sales department at conferences and trade fairs (travel time approx. 25%)
  • You document and observe customer and market requirements to further develop our products.

 

What are we looking for?

  • You have an education in the field of electrical engineering or comparable, first working experience is welcome
  • You see your challenge in the analysis and solving of customer requests and problems
  • You are a team player, communicative and enthusiastic about technology
  • You like to work self-organized and interdisciplinary with other teams
  • You like learning new things and you like to share your knowledge
  • You have excellent English language skills, German is a plus
