The team

The team is highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry. You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more.

Responsibilities

The Technical Solution Specialist role within our organization bridges the gap between our technical product offerings and customer needs, especially during onboarding and complex integrations. This position requires deep technical expertise and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure clients effectively integrate our products into their systems, maximizing value and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Solution Engineer will collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Product Support teams to provide support for our key clients.

  • Technical Integrations and Support: Act as the technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on integrating our products into their existing systems.
  • Technical support
    - Debugging technical issues, such as discrepancies in data (impressions, clicks, installs, post-installs) between our reports and client-side reports (MMP data).
    - Coordinating with the tech/product team on hot fix requests or any other product related issues.
    - Tracker solution integrations: Requests related to integration with MMPs or any other s2s or tracker solution integrations.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, facilitating their understanding and use of our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product Support, and Engineering teams to enhance communication and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and best practices.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and usage.

Requirements

  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the ad tech or related industries.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, APIs) and SQL.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Platforms: Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava
  • Communication: Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Behavior: Focusing on customer needs, know-how in setting priorities in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and showing the necessary resilience.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to details and diligent working style

Must- haves

  • Ad Tech Experience: Prior experience in the ad tech industry
  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with developer tools like Postman
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL
