Technical Services Manager - The role:
As Technical Services Manager, you will be the linchpin in managing our Hard FM services and estate projects. Reporting to the Head of UK Operations, your unique contribution will ensure seamless service delivery and project execution, sustaining our operations and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Transition Planning and Execution:
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan that meticulously outlines timelines and logistics to ensure an uninterrupted business flow
- Actively coordinate with stakeholders including internal teams, landlords, and external service providers to guarantee communication and coordination

Technical Services Management:
- Oversee the shutdown of our existing premises, ensuring compliance with lease terms and maintaining landlord satisfaction
- Lead the setup in the new building, focusing on integrating technical services infrastructure such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems efficiently

Technology Integration and Management:
- Conduct a thorough technology assessment for performance management, with a focus on building management systems and energy efficiency
- Design training programmes to empower your team to smoothly transition to new technologies

Performance Monitoring:
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform regular assessments to maintain the efficiency of technical services

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and craft strategies and contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring swift problem-solving during the transition
Technical Services Manager - What we're looking for:
- At least five years of experience in premises and facilities management for a global blue-chip organisation.
- Proven experience in successfully managing technical service transitions, specifically in tenancy roles.
- Strong background in reporting, project management, and facilitating a positive relationship with landlords and suppliers.
- Patient, reliable, and resilient, with the ability to make precise decisions under pressure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
