Provides agile methodology services to cross-functional teams, demonstrating a understanding of the technology-related product(s) and associated business areas. Core Responsibilities

1. Provides insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals. 

2. Facilitates planning, team learning, and assists adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.

3. Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.

4. Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.

5. Works with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.

6. Ensures the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture.

7. Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintains backlogs.

8. Identifies and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture.

9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Computer Science or Engineering experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
  • Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.
