The Role 

We are keen to hire a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our rapid growth. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and develop talent strategies to meet these goals.

This role will specifically support our Product & Strategy organisation, a key priority for the business as we scale. You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams that drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring equitable hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless interview process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on attraction and hiring strategies. 
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote Wayve as an employer of choice.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimise the hiring process.


About You 

In order to set you up for success as a Recruiter at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.  

  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a deep tech, within a fast-paced tech company or startup environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, with the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications. Proven ability to gather requirements, partner with stakeholders, and align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organisational Skills: Good attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools to track and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team. 


This is a full-time role based in our office in London.  At Wayve, we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home.   We operate core working hours so you can determine the schedule that works best for you and your team.
