Job Summary  

As a Technical Programme Manager, you will play a key role in bridging the technical and management domains, assisting in the development and execution of critical programs throughout the product lifecycle, including design and development activities from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life. You will collaborate with development managers, engineers, program and project managers and multi-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and product to ensure the flawless delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Assist Program Management and Technical Engineering Leads for all project related activities from investigation to release of the project 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enable development of products on schedule based on product specifications. 
  • Planning: Overseeing the planning stages of a project, including defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements  
  • Scheduling: Creating project schedules using project management software, such as MS Project and Jira  
  • Monitoring: Keeping track of project progress and updating schedules 
  • Communicating: Keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring projects stay on track  
  • Managing: Managing budgets, resources, stakeholders, and risks  
  • Reporting: Producing various reports for the program  
  • Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks that could delay deliverables, increase costs, or cause scope creep  
  • PLM Process: Follow company PLM processes for project delivery by creating checklists, setting up relevant meetings and making sure process specific requirements are done on time with high quality 

 

Candidate Profile  
 

Essential: 

  • BSc or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant Applied Science/Engineering discipline. 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a technical management role, ideally within multi-functional teams. 
  • Experience in a global working environment, global companies and partners. 
  • Ability to think and deliver in high demanding work situations 
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills  
  • Working experience with remote teams in other countries with engineers from different backgrounds and disciplines 

 

Desirable 

  • Understanding of AI System-level platforms and how each component interacts with the system. 
  • Knowledge of tools of the trade: Office365, JIRA, web-based collaboration tools like Confluence.
