Job Description 

As a Technical Project Manager at Light & Wonder you will be part of a team at the centre of project work within the Technical Operations department, aligning the resources from various teams based on the requirements and timelines from business stakeholders. You will be in close contact with multiple teams across the Company to ensure priorities are in line with expectations. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Oversight of projects that require resources from the Technical Operations resources 

  • Create project plans for the projects involving TechOps. 

  • Work with the Teams to ensure resource allocation for all projects. 

  • Follow up on progress of all projects and ensure project plans are up to date. 

  • Report on progress to management and stake holders. 

  • Facilitate weekly status meetings and regular stand ups. 

  • Work together on other department led initiatives for all projects that require TechOps resources. 

  • Work together with change management to make sure that all the changes are in line with company policy and in place for the project work.  

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience as a project manager 

  • Ability to take leadership and responsibility 

  • Structured and thorough, with an attention to detail 

  • Independent, with good communication skills 

  • Professional attitude towards the business 

  • Result oriented and pragmatic 

  • A willingness to adapt and learn 

  • Proactive in seeking updates, in reaching out to technical teams across the business and in identifying potential project slips and blockers 

Nice to have 

  • Experience from working with complex systems, particularly Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) deployments 

  • Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. 

  • Experience from the gaming and/or digital business
