THE TEAM

Marketing Orchestration at RAPP is all about seamlessly integrating marketing efforts to enhance the customer journey. It's the art of synchronizing teams, content, channels, workflows, and data to craft a unified and personalized customer experience through timely omnichannel communications. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like automation, CGI, and AI, we streamline content creation, minimizing administrative tasks. This empowers our teams to dedicate more time to high-impact activities.

Marketing Orchestration is designed to do two things:

  1. Transform and deliver next-gen production solutions
  2. Consult, measure and report on the efficiencies and effectiveness we can offer.

We are currently working on a business transformation for this client, that is designed to boost overall performance through lower operating costs and better customer conversion/satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

The Technical Project Manager has a critical role in supporting the transformation across 3 critical workstreams in 2025.  These include:

  • Process Evolution: A review of key marketing channels to optimize performance, cost and alignment with business goals through data driven insight
  • Artbot: A next generation production solution to deliver connected and personalized content at scale
  • Experience Optimization: Enhanced reporting and strategic planning capabilities

You will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of multiple transformation workstreams, coordinating and aligning activities to deliver strategic Transformation objectives for the team and our client in Financial Services.

Your Responsibilities

The Technical Project Manager, will…

  • Be responsible for producing project timelines and interdependencies.
  • Provide expert delivery and change management skills.
  • Coordinate resource and day-to-day activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Constantly monitor and report on project progress, manage and validate change requests as required.
  • Pro-actively identify conflicts, risks and resource gaps and manage these throughout all phases of the project.
  • Serve as the primary delivery interface with the relevant clients on projects.
  • Recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts to the Project Director and Marketing Orchestration Lead, and continually evaluate project effectiveness.

Communication and relationship management

  • Working in close partnership with the Marketing Orchestration Client Leads, constantly communicating and updating on progress.
  • Selecting the relevant information to communicate at the relevant time, particularly around flagging risks and potential issues.
  • Must feel confident speaking out and taking the lead in project stand ups.

Financial and Resources

  • Work and resource within an agreed budget and scope, flag risks and plans to mitigate and course correct burn.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 5+ years Agency experience with exposure to large corporate clients.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a structured delivery environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to drive projects forward, prioritise tasks, be solution orientated and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills (scoping, scheduling project timelines, coordinating project teams, resource planning) as well as attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with client liaison and always mindful of managing expectations.
  • Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
  • A team player, able to work collaboratively and mindful of the needs of others.
