Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working

You will be working within Kaluza’s Global Enterprise Experiences Platform area, in the Agent Platform Team.

As the Product Manager for our Agent Platform team, your role is to shape how product teams and vendors build around and contribute into the Kaluza Agent Experience. Your mission spans from developer experience, to vendor integration and retailer customisation.

This team is pivotal to Kaluza's strategy of providing the lowest cost to serve platform in the global energy market and rolling out our experiences to new clients as quickly as possible. 

You’ll love this role if you enjoy digging in to understand the current developer experience and technical delivery, and champion ways to improve it.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise a variety of needs from internal and external developers.


What will I be doing?

  • Drive the creation of your team’s Objectives and Key Results and provide the product leadership necessary to help your team achieve amazing outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Partnerships team to gain a deep understanding of the Markets Kaluza currently operates on and beyond
  • Work with our amazing software engineers, data analysts and designers to create solutions that drive value for energy retailers/utilities, are commercially viable for the business, and feasible for your product team to deliver
  • Own, refine and maintain a prioritised product backlog for your team
  • Work with your team to build and measure the right metrics for product success and nurture a culture of learning from data 
  • Radiate information, improve transparency and communicate effectively to internal and external audiences

  • Has a “data first” approach to both defining problems and measuring success of how you solve them.
  • Are a team player who embraces collaboration and can maintain key relationships both internally within other teams in Kaluza as well as externally with our Clients.
  • Have experience working in Energy or the drive to learn about an ever changing complex sector.
  • Excels at written and visual communication to both technical and commercial audiences and is able to effectively tell the story of where your team is at and where it is going.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where fast iteration and experimentation are the norm.
  • Are a patient and tenacious problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and understand a domain despite limited knowledge or experience in it.
  • Are passionate about decarbonisation and are highly driven to achieve your professional & personal goals.
