 An inspiring Technical Product Manager with an outcome driven mindset and extensive experience working within agile environments. You are a champion for users and put them at the heart of your design and decision making. You are a problem solver, and not afraid to dig into the detail when needed, if it means unblocking the team or enabling opportunities for our users.

 What you’ll do:

This role will report into the Director of Product. You will be an integral bridge between complex technical requirements and delivering clear, outcome driven features that will improve our customer's experience, but also our developer experience. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, especially within Engineering, Cloud Ops and Security, this role will be integral in levelling up our shared services and security at Flagstone.

• Bring your expertise of technical architecture to collaborate with engineering in building first in class systems and services, that deliver real outcomes

• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and drive growth by contributing to user engagement sessions and technical analysis to inform product development.

• Work closely with cross-functional team to define the product roadmap for your squad, prioritising features to maximise the experience of our clients and business.

• To work as part of one or more agile sprint teams to deliver value early and often.

What you’ll bring:


Extensive experience in a Product or Engineering role

• Experience working within Agile methodologies

• Epic/Feature/User Story writing 

• Backlog Maintenance & Prioritisation experience

• An analytical problem-solving mindset 

• Experience with ticket management such as Azure Devops or alternative

• Amazing communication and presentation skills
