Reporting into the UK-based Product Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence core areas of our business by optimizing our lead generation and comparison products, especially in relation to Artificial Intelligence (AI) across our marketing teams. You will help gather business requirements including doing detailed data and business analysis, create technical tickets and work with the Technical team on their delivery, and communicate with key senior leaders and stakeholders in a dynamic environment that values innovation, creativity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to release, engaging with business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements. Translate high-level business needs into detailed product requirements, including acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain a clear, prioritized backlog that reflects the business needs. Bring a pragmatic approach to innovation—prioritizing business value and execution readiness.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify where AI, ML, or advanced analytics can deliver meaningful impact. Evaluate use cases for feasibility and potential ROI, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Analyse existing data sources, pipelines, and business metrics to inform product decisions and validate requirements. Ensure data quality, availability, and interpretation are accounted for in AI product designs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding of objectives and constraints. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress clearly to stakeholders across the business.
  • Help define and refine internal processes for AI project intake, requirement validation, and delivery handoff. Establish best practices for documentation, stakeholder feedback loops, and product lifecycle management in AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably within the lead generation, comparison sites. Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Health, Home, or Legal sectors is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, tools and regulatory considerations to inform roadmap and strategic direction.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
