Lead product initiatives from discovery to adoption by translating customer needs into technical specs and collaborating closely with engineering and data teams.

Turn customer pull into shipped product across data + ML/AI

Boam AI is a well-funded, high-growth, profitable B2B startup building managed data agents that transform messy, unstructured signals from public, private, and proprietary sources into structured, reliable, always up-to-date intelligence on millions of SMBs and enterprises worldwide. These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise with strategic partners such as Uber Eats and Toast.

As a Technical Product Lead, you’ll be the first product hire and a hands-on driver for end-to-end delivery across our data, engineering, and ML teams. This is a technical, execution-heavy role: you’ll work directly with the CEO and customer-facing leaders to translate real enterprise workflows into clear specs, tight sequencing, and shipped outcomes. You’ll operate close to the metal: data pipelines, quality systems, schemas, APIs, and integrations. Expect high ownership, fast iteration, and direct exposure to market-leading customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Own delivery for key product initiatives from discovery to adoption

  • Turn customer problems into crisp specs, milestones, and shipped work

  • Partner daily with data, engineering, and ML to drive execution

  • Define requirements for data pipelines, quality, schemas, and APIs

  • Run tight feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Track success metrics and ensure outcomes match the intent

  • Coordinate rollouts and enablement across customer workflows

  • Improve product rituals: planning, reviews, decision logs, and tradeoffs

  • Use next-gen AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution

You Might Be a Fit If...
  • 5+ years in product, technical program, or delivery roles on technical products

  • You can go deep with engineers and systems; a CS/Engineering background is a strong plus

  • Experience with data-heavy systems: pipelines, schemas, APIs, integrations

  • Proven ability to ship cross-functional work in fast-moving environments

  • Strong prioritization instincts and comfort making tradeoffs

  • High standards for quality, reliability, and customer impact

  • Thrive without heavy process, QA buffers, or endless safeguards

  • Motivated by real outcomes, not perfect docs or internal theater

  • Excited to work where AI/data is the product, not a side project

Why Boam AI
  • Be an early product hire with real ownership and direct CEO partnership

  • Direct exposure to top-tier enterprise customers and real workflows

  • Work on mission-critical data systems that customers rely on daily

  • High autonomy, fast learning, and steep growth curve

  • Operate at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and enterprise outcomes

  • Top-tier compensation with meaningful equity upside

  • Help shape product patterns and culture as we scale to 100x
