So, what’s the role all about?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to lead the functional and technical sales process for NICE’s Applications. This role requires a strong technical background with expertise in call centre operations, telephony, cloud computing, and CRM technologies. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will engage in consultative discussions, lead technical demonstrations, and develop tailored solutions that address customer needs and business challenges.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Serve as a technical expert, guiding customers through the discovery, requirements gathering, and validation phases of the sales process.
  • Assist the sales team in qualification, pursuit and closing of opportunities.
  • Promote NICE portfolio with associated security technology with the customer, positioning best fit solutions that meet/enhance the clients security strategy and reduce risk.
  • Understand customer IT/Security infrastructure and business requirements.
  • Design and validate technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration of NICE products into customer environments.
  • Provide pre-sales technical infosec support on assigned product to customers and partners.
  • Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market selling and customer proposals.
  • Influence and educate stakeholders, from C-level executives to front-line employees, on the value of NICE solutions.
  • Assist with the execution of successful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer success.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Product team to drive innovation and feature enhancements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance NICE’s competitive positioning.


Have you got what it takes?

  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Presales role. Selling at enterprise level
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure (data centre, network & end user computing) security / cloud security / certifications / managed security services / security operations centre / compliance & risk management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), telephony, and contact centre solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative and scalable solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.

 

Also an advantage if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Exposure to security software solutions like Endpoint Security, Firewall, Content Security, Intrusion prevention, Web & Email Security, Encryption, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management and Compliance & Audit will be added advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems, AI-driven solutions, and workforce management technologies.
