Role

TripleLift is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Associate to join our growing Supply Services organization. This role is focused on the execution and day-to-day operational support of our publisher partners and supply integrations. You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the Supply team, ensuring publisher delivery aligns with business goals, integrations are optimized, and reporting is accurate and actionable.

This role emphasizes execution, process, and operational rigor. This is a unique opportunity to work at the center of the programmatic ecosystem, supporting supply partnerships at scale. As part of our Supply Services team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across publisher operations, yield optimization, and inventory management — building the foundation for a career in adtech operations while playing a critical role in the success of our partners and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create publisher placements for new inventory launches, including validating and QA’ing setup.
  • Leverage internal tools to manage and maintain changes to existing inventory setup as needed. 
  • Conduct post-launch monitoring to ensure proper rendering, delivery, and performance stability.
  • Own and maintain inventory mapping and ensure accurate configuration across different integration types.
  • Build and maintain alert systems for key metrics such as revenue, render rates, fill rates latency etc. 
  • Bidstream & Auction Analysis: Analyze bidstream data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to enhance bidding performance, increase competition, and maximize publisher revenue.
  • Support all client reporting related needs (QBRs, Ad-hoc etc.) from the Technical Operations and Publisher Client Services organizations.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working at an SSP or Publisher with a focus on yield management or supply operations specifically within the programmatic industry. 
  • Ad Trafficking experience with strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Publisher Tag technologies;
  • Proven knowledge of Prebid.js and server side technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI or forecasting tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and publisher-side integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and delivery issues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Additional & Desirable skills:

  • Experience of managing cases within Salesforce and utilizing other ticketing systems such as JIRA. 
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, testing and debugging (Postman), browser Dev Tools

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
