The Technical Operations Team is integral to our internal system development, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, design solutions, and prioritize requests to drive internal change. To excel in this role, Technical Operations Executives must be experts in their systems and processes, possess a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate enthusiasm for continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address system and process-related queries from both Business and Technical teams,
  • Ensure all processes are correctly followed and amended, leveraging a detailed knowledge of our systems,
  • Take ownership and resolve any system hygiene issues,
  • Facilitate and drive engagement from technical teams in adopting new processes,
  • Understand and document business requirements to identify and resolve system/process challenges,
  • Prioritize development requests effectively,
  • Collaborate with development teams in the planning, design, development, and deployment of internal applications and enhancements to deliver new business capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Exceptional organizational skills,
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset,
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail,
  • Willingness to learn and adapt,
  • Strong drive for success,
  • Proficiency in Excel is preferred but not essential,
  • Interest and understanding of software development life cycles.
