About the role

The Technical Enablement Specialist will design, deliver, and scale enablement programs that empower the technical side of GTM teams and their partners to adopt and maximise the solutions. This role bridges Product, Engineering, Solution Engineering, and Customer Experience Managers, ensuring technical audiences have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to drive secure outcomes.

We are looking for someone who brings deep enablement and instructional-design expertise to complement a technically strong team, and who can introduce fresh perspectives and modern learning approaches to how we enable our GTM organisation.

You will

1. Program Design & Delivery

  • Build structured enablement frameworks for technical onboarding and ongoing skills reinforcement.

  • Develop modular toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice guides tailored to technical roles.

  • Design and deliver technical training and coaching sessions (live and virtual).

  • Own and evolve a technical readiness framework, defining what 'demo-ready' and 'technically proficient' look like at each level.

2. Content & Knowledge Management

  • Own technical enablement content strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate Keepit concepts into clear, actionable learning.

  • Manage and evolve the Knowledge Management System (KMS) for technical audiences.

  • Work with the Product and Designer Teams to build and maintain the canned demos

  • Transform content such as scripts, product notes, and subject-matter expertise into well-structured, visually engaging learning experiences (e-learning modules, interactive guides, and video).

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Partner Enablement to align programs with GTM priorities.

  • Act as the technical enablement liaison in product launches, ensuring readiness across internal and external stakeholders.

4. Measurement & Impact

• Define KPIs and success metrics for technical enablement initiatives (ramp time, demo readiness, win rate contribution, time-to-value).

• Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve enablement programs.

5. AI-Powered Enablement & Tooling

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools, coaching assistants, knowledge-base AI tools, content generation, to scale enablement

  • Stay ahead of emerging tools and bring best practices into Keepit's enablement practice.

  • Apply enablement best practices and adult-learning principles to continuously raise the quality and effectiveness of programs, and champion a strong enablement culture across the GTM organisation.

About you

Must-haves:

• 3+ years in a technical enablement, sales enablement, or instructional-design role at a SaaS or enterprise-software company, with proven expertise in instructional design and adult-learning principles.

• Instructional-design knowledge (curriculum design, learning-experience design) and hands-on skill with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia)

• Deep enablement expertise that complements a technically strong team, bringing modern learning methodologies, fresh ideas, and an outside-in perspective on how best-in-class enablement is done.

• Strong technical fluency with cloud/SaaS concepts (data protection, backup/DR, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or equivalent).

• Data-driven mindset, you define KPIs, measure outcomes, and present results to leadership.

• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• AI fluency.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with enablement/LMS tools

• Experience with data protection, backup, cybersecurity, or Microsoft/Google cloud ecosystems.

• Experience building certification programs and influencing GTM leadership.

• Relevant certifications
