About the role:  

As a Technical Deployment Analyst (TDA), you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, working across multiple, concurrent projects that keep our data centers running at peak performance. If you have experience in project management, coordination, implementation, or operations—especially within a data center or similar setting—you’ll be highly valued here. 

This role demands exceptional communication skills. You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders daily, ensuring clarity and collaboration in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 

 
You’ll bring expertise in cage design, installation, and structured cabling for new and existing customer deployments. TDAs are pivotal to our success, partnering closely with onsite Engineering teams, Capacity and Sales Engineers, vendors, and—most importantly—our customers. 

Adaptability is key. You’ll quickly adjust to evolving requirements, apply an engineering mindset to understand power and cooling, and optimize internal systems to boost productivity. 

  

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develops professional expertise to support deployment projects by validating customers' order requirements with the customer processing team and other partners. 

  • Project manages the technical deployment responsibilities with the data center manager. 

  • Develops technical knowledge of the data center and recommends solutions, while in partnership with more senior team members, to address internal issues within a moderate scope. 

  • Applies learned techniques to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers' expectations. 

  • Receives general instructions from expert teams and team members in providing solutions cross-functionally to resolve customers' non-standard order requirements 

  • Supports reinstall projects where required 

  • Project Planning, Implementation and Delivery 

  • Multi-functional, Support & Communications 

  • Process Support/Optimization 

  • Systems Support, Data Support/Analysis and Vendor support 

 

Qualifications, key skills and attributes:  

  • Strong understanding of Project Management and/or PM certifications 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently  

  • Customer mindset, excellent vendor and internal/external stakeholder management 

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to adapt quickly to and understand all processes and procedures, internal systems 

  • Interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Relevant data center or adjacent industry experience will be highly regarded 

  • Due to customer requirements all employees must be able to attain and maintain NV1 clearance
