Technical Delivery Lead
Data Integration – Azure, Kubernetes, Workflow Orchestration
CAPCO POLAND
*We are looking for Poland based candidate.
About the Role
Join the Data Integration team, a modern cloud-native integration platform (Global Integration Hub) built on DevOps principles and running entirely in Azure. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be the central orchestrator for delivering integration capabilities across multiple products, teams, and stakeholders. You ensure that complex technical initiatives move smoothly from planning to delivery, managing dependencies, aligning roadmaps, resolving bottlenecks, and steering stakeholders toward successful outcomes. Your focus is not hands-on coding, but technical leadership, consulting, delivery governance and operational coordination.
What You Will Drive & Deliver
Technical Consulting & Stakeholder Advisory
• Act as a trusted advisor to product teams, architects, and business stakeholders on integration concepts, delivery options, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into structured delivery plans and guide teams on best-fit integration patterns, workflows, and architecture options.
• Ensure cross-team understanding of integration requirements, risks, and impacts.
Planning & Delivery Management
• Own end-to-end planning for integration deliveries across multiple squads and domains.
• Plan and coordinate multiple parallel workstreams within Data Integration, with clear delivery plans for each stream.
• Develop delivery plans detailing milestones, risks, dependencies, workload distribution, and delivery readiness.
• Facilitate alignment across engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure coherent and achievable plans.
Dependency Management
• Identify, track, and resolve cross-platform and cross-team dependencies proactively.
• Maintain a transparent dependency register and ensure blockers are escalated or mitigated before they impact timelines.
• Coordinate with external and internal partners delivering components into the Data Integration ecosystem.
Roadmap Planning & Governance
• Shape and maintain the Data Integration delivery roadmap together with architects, the product owner, and engineering leads.
• Run roadmap reviews, assess new demands, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Provide clear visibility of upcoming work, capacity constraints, and long-term delivery feasibility.
Capacity Planning
• Create and maintain capacity forecasts across engineering and operations.
• Make delivery recommendations based on available capacity, skillsets, and workload distribution.
• Coordinate staffing or resource changes when needed to achieve delivery commitments.
• Define resource needs per workstream and ensure each stream has the required skillset and capacity to deliver.
Escalation & Issue Management
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues across squads.
• Drive structured problem-solving, mobilizing technical experts as required.
• Ensure timely communication of risks, impacts, and mitigation options to leadership and stakeholders.
Operational & DevOps Alignment
• Work closely with DevOps engineering teams to ensure that CI/CD pipelines, IaC, observability tooling, and operations processes support reliable delivery.
• Ensure delivery readiness for production deployments including documentation, operational acceptance, and monitoring requirements.
Partner-platform joint planning
• Work with partner platforms to create joint delivery plans, align timelines, and coordinate dependencies for cross-platform integration topics.
Skills & Experience You Will Need
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, ideally Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), and integration platforms.
• Solid understanding of workflow orchestration technologies (e.g., Argo Workflows, Temporal, Airflow) and DAG-based integration concepts.
• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple teams or products in a complex environment.
• Excellent skills in planning, dependency management, roadmap creation, and risk management.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable delivery plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - able to consult, influence, and drive alignment at all levels.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, monitoring) and modern engineering practices.
• A structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Ability to understand data integration patterns, mappings, message flows, and orchestration logic to validate technical feasibility.
Nice to have: Experience working with legacy enterprise integration platforms and contributing to modernization or migration initiatives toward cloud‑native integration technologies (e.g., BizTalk →Argo Workflows, Informatica, SAP BTP).
