Daintta are a rapidly growing, values-driven team of specialists who work with government clients across Cyber Security, National Security, Law Enforcement and Telecommunications. We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the UK by scoping, designing and delivering mission-critical solutions. As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our public sector clients and project teams to solve challenging and interesting problems.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes the following key responsibilities, non-exhaustively: 

  • Develop innovative solutions for complex client situations and deliver results to time, cost and quality. 
  • Deliver high quality service to clients when working independently, or as part of a team. 
  • Implementation of technical solutions to meet client needs 
  • Using a range of technical skills and tools to create innovative new solutions. 
  • Continuous development of technical knowledge inline with contemporary industry practice. 
  • Help to support & grow the consulting workforce and team at Daintta. 
  • Support client engagements, including pitches and presentations. 
  • Identify and develop current and new business by strengthening client relationships. 
  • Lead and support recruitment initiatives. 
  • Communicate with clients when selling work or delivering projects. 
  • Deliver projects and proposals inline with Daintta processes. 
  • Manage stakeholder relationships. 
  • Deliver consulting work in line with Daintta’s service offerings at the appropriate expectations for SFIA level 4 and 5. 
  • Actively input into the company strategy and help to deliver strategic initiatives such as marketing, business development, thought leadership, framework development etc. 
  • Adhere to Daintta values of transparent, fair and daring at all times. 

Skills/Knowledge

The role requires the following key skills / knowledge, non-exhaustively: 

  • Degree level qualification, preferably with two years of relevant technical experience. 
  • Experience in delivering a range of technical solutions. 
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Software development (full stack), Telecommunications & networking, Cyber Security, Data Science 
  • Experience of business development including writing proposals. 
  • Experience in consulting within data intelligence, technologies and security domains. 
  • Interpersonal skills. 
  • Security cleared or capable and willing to undergo security clearance. 

Location?

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.

Due to the nature of this position, you must be willing and eligible to achieve a minimum of SC clearance. To qualify, you must be a British Citizen and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years.
