  • Internal Integration Layer: Utilize and extend our in-house integration tools and custom-built data processing layers to handle complex data transformation and validation logic.
  • Third-Party Integration Tooling: Leverage and configure Workato (or similar leading Integration Platform as a Service - iPaaS tools) to build scalable, low-code/no-code integration recipes between client systems and beqom.
  • Testing and Validation: Execute thorough unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with client requirements and beqom's data standards.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Consultation & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert on data integration best practices, advising clients on the most efficient and scalable integration approach for their environment.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex data and integration issues during implementation and post-go-live support phases.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all integration interfaces, data models, and transformation logic.
  • Internal Collaboration: Actively partner with internal project managers, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure seamless data delivery and technical solution alignment.
