About the Team

We enable service providers to build and launch Zoom-powered offerings at scale. • Manage complex partner lifecycles end-to-end, maintaining accountability for multiple concurrent workstreams and partner experience quality

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of partner program assets, processes, and frameworks within the team

  • Support operational readiness activities, including partner support structures, escalation paths, and go-live process coordination
