We are looking for an experienced technical writer with a deep understanding of SEO best practices, the ability to perform in-depth research, and the technical acumen to write about communication APIs, AI agents, AI chatbots, and related technologies for our client.
The writer will generate insightful articles that not only attract traffic but also convert readers by showcasing technical expertise and supporting pipeline goals. You’ll create high-quality, SEO-driven content that aligns with their AI and business messaging focus areas. A strong candidate will be results-driven and capable of independently delivering publish-ready content.
Candidates based in PST and MST are a plus, but we’re open to CT and ET as well.
Scope
- Commitment: 20 hours per week, with the goal of scaling up to full-time for the right mutual fit
- Duration: Ongoing, with an initial trial phase for alignment and quality assessment
Responsibilities
- Conduct topic research and keyword analysis.
- Produce high-quality content with compelling storytelling, depth (stats and references), images, and tables.
- Develop comprehensive content briefs.
- Write, revise, and optimize technical content, focusing on communication APIs, AI agents, AI chatbots, and AI-driven tools.
- Collaborate on strategy and integrate feedback to refine deliverables.
- Create high-value, long-form content exceeding 1,500 words when required.
- Align content with SendBird’s technical and marketing objectives to drive traffic and engagement.
- Write with results in mind, e.g., considering the competition and SEO to rank well for a high-volume search.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience writing technical content and/or for SaaS companies.
- Strong SEO knowledge, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Ability to deliver well-structured, high-quality content with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with industry tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and content management platforms.
- Familiarity with CPaaS, digital communication, and the latest trends in AI: AI agents, agentic AI, AI chatbots, and API topics are highly preferred. The usage of generative AI in writing content is not permitted in this role.
