AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) are inviting applications for a Technical Administrator to be based at our Hangar at Stansted Airport on a 4 Day 4 Off (12hr) rotation, working in cooperation with our client Ryanair, Europe's largest airline.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to demonstrate a professional and flexible working attitude in a fast-changing environment.

Duties –

Reporting to the Stansted Hangar Manager, the Hangar Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the Planning Department, Compliance Team, Engineers and Check Supervisors on the completion and coordination of aircraft documentation.
  • Distribution of Aircraft Maintenance Workpacks to the relevant maintenance teams.
  • Collating and reviewing aircraft paperwork to ensure completion and compliance.
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned and archived correctly.
  • Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
  • Assisting the Hangar Manager with physical compliance audit checks and the coordination of visiting Engineers/Third Parties

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous Administration / Document Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Aircraft maintenance or Engineering experience is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills is essential.
  • Strong communication (written & oral).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Successful candidate is required to provide a clean DBS to work at UK Airports.
