As a Technical Account Manager at Axonius, you will own the end-to-end post-sale technical lifecycle and customer relationship across designated enterprise accounts in the UK and DACH regions. Operating within the Cybersecurity Customer Success organization, you will deliver strategic technical consulting on security data correlation, platform design, and deployment health. The team’s mission is to translate complex asset management and query data into actionable operational workflows, drive platform adoption, and secure high-value renewals.

Responsibilities
  • Autonomously lead the post-sale technical relationship for accounts across UK, DACH, and emerging regions, providing guidance on platform design, REST API integrations, and Query Wizard data modeling.

  • Build and execute complex automated enforcement workflows and custom scripts to solve operational pain points, such as automated ticketing and shadow cloud discovery.

  • Conduct regular technical reviews and data correlation assessments (EDR, Vulnerability, IAM, Network) to demonstrate quantifiable ROI to director-level stakeholders.

  • Proactively track operational deployment health, identify technical implementation blockers or leadership risks, and deploy remediation plans to ensure customer retention.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of customer-facing technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical delivery experience within the cybersecurity domain.

  • Hands-on technical proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payload structures, SQL database queries, and standard protocols (HTTP, SSH, LDAP).

  • Demonstrated experience in security data correlation across disparate silos (e.g., Endpoint, Network, Vulnerability, IAM).

  • Native fluency in English; living in or holding authorization to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Active UK Security Clearance (SC or DV cleared).

    • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity asset management, EDR solutions, or vulnerability management platforms.

    • Proven track record of owning account renewal rates and driving technical expansion in enterprise SaaS environments.

    • Proficiency in writing complex query logic and building automated response playbooks.

    • Experience navigating enterprise organizational structures to align platform features with C-level business outcomes.

    • Professional fluency in German
