About the role

As a Tech Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with the TA, exec, and EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics) leadership on attracting and acquiring top talent for all technical functions.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with total ownership across sourcing, screening, and candidate / pipeline management. You’ll be directly responsible for growing our technical teams while maintaining an extremely high bar which will require creative thinking and partnering across the business. This is an exciting opportunity with high exposure, visibility, and business partnering!

This role is full-time and only open to NYC-based candidates (hybrid schedule - 2+ days/wk). Our office is in the heart of Gramercy. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between)
  • Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely
  • Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc)
  • Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process; our success depends on how well we hire and you’ll introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

  • You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience
  • You’ve worked at an early-stage startup that has experienced fast growth.
  • You enjoy every part of the hiring process, from sourcing to signing, and love having end-to-end ownership. You have a headhunter mindset - you go find the best talent; you don’t wait for it to come to you.
  • You’re deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.
  • You want to hustle. You’re scrappy and comfortable with the ambiguity of early stage startups and want to work hard.
  • You have a track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • You’re data, systems & process oriented, with an expertise in leading TA tools
