Role Summary

Provide team assistance and administration for the Business Systems team ensuring a Company standard is maintained to a high level

Specific Responsibilities

  • Organise team events

  • Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team and wider team as required

  • Diary management for members of the senior leadership team

  • Inbox management for the SLT when required

  • Prepare paperwork and packs for meetings

  • Own the User Access Review process for Global XB, Sector and Market Portals.

  • Support the JML Access Management process for our Broking platforms

  • Act and Secretary to the Novidea London Market User Group

  • Provide administrative support for the Blueprint Two project team

  • Arrange team meetings

  • Take and distribute minutes where required

  • Arrange project meetings

  • Assistance with business teams processing when required

Key Accountabilities

  • Good people skills

  • Knowledge of policy admin systems preferred • Knowledge of Insurance Market preferred

▪ Ensure that team’s performance, HR and T&C records are up to date and meet the Company and/or Group’s requirements

▪ Maintain accurate records and deal with correspondence appropriately

Reporting

▪ Provide relevant management information to senior management

Projects

▪ Manage assigned projects and contribute to other projects as required

▪ Respond appropriately to urgent issues as they arise

Market Awareness

▪ Keep informed of all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the department ▪ Share information that could be beneficial to the Company

Representing the Company

▪ Any other reasonable duties, as required
