Lloyd’s is seeking to recruit a Team PA for the Market, Reserving & Capital Team on a FTC (Fixed Term Contract for 8 Month's you will provide comprehensive team assistance to support MRC and provide secretarial support to MRC Senior Managers and wider MRC team in key activities they are required.

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

As required ensure the Team members supported are adequately prepared for upcoming meetings, trips and events with the appropriate information and paperwork.

 

Arranging, preparing and coordinating meetings.

 

Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, support staff and senior market and programme contacts.

 

Diary and email management for MRC Senior Managers using Microsoft Outlook

 

Organise travel arrangements and schedules, including some international travel as required.

Preparing and submitting expenses and raising purchase orders/requisitions.

 

Responding to queries via both telephone and email.

 

Acting as first point of contact and ‘host’ for both internal and external visitors.

 

Providing broader support in organising major market wide workshops in support of a range of initiatives as required.

 

Support the team manager in effective management of all team activities

 

Management of new starter set up, team annual leave and professional examinations and subscriptions.

 

Skills and Knowledge

 

Demonstrable track record of providing comprehensive team PA support.

 

Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.

 

Working collaboratively within a team and stakeholders to deliver high quality team PA support.

 

Adherence to agreed governance processes and procedures.

 

Track record of achieving high professional standards in specialist area

 

Clear communicator - exhibiting diplomacy, sound judgement and discretion at all times.

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels up to and including Director level both internally and externally.

 

Proactive, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

 

Ability to produce workable solutions that meets the immediate demands of the situation(s).

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
