We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead for our Field Implementation Consultants. As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of Field Implementation Consultants responsible for on-site deployments of our products and services. This position requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to ensure successful implementations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


What you’ll be responsible for:

Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of Field Implementation Consultants and Technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Project Oversight:

    • Oversee the planning and execution of on-site implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize project efficiency.

Client Interaction:

    • Act as an escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations for on-site implementations.

Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor and assess the performance of the Field Implementation Consultants against key performance indicators.
    • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

Resource Allocation:

    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
    • Work closely with project coordinators to ensure adequate staffing for on-site deployments.

Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Implement best practices for quality control during on-site installations.


What you’ll be bringing to the team:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Team Lead or Manager in a field implementation environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in field implementation processes, preferably in industries such as technology or retail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
