Job Description

Join our dynamic Global Marketing team in an exciting and pivotal role, where you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence and supporting impactful projects. We are seeking a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment and is eager to contribute to the team's success.

You'll have the opportunity to get involved with:

  • Document and SharePoint management: take responsibility for keeping vital marketing documents current, including team org charts and policy documents, and ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and fully functional on the internal SharePoint site
  • Finance administration: become the go-to expert in finance processes by handling purchase orders (POs), assisting with month-end procedures, managing invoice queries, and processing card payments
  • Event support and administration: manage the events team mailbox ensuring all incoming queries are dealt with promptly, as well as support the coordination of key initiatives in the client events calendar
  • New joiner onboarding: oversee the onboarding process for new marketing team members, from raising new joiner forms to arranging IT equipment and conducting training on admin systems
  • Team engagement and socials: co-ordinate monthly townhall meetings, as well as regular social events and engagement activities, that foster a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Team support Management: manage the marketing support mailbox and serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from other corporate functions, ensuring swift and effective resolution of team-related needs.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude, coupled with exceptional administrative skills. You’ll be adept at managing tasks efficiently, communicating confidently with colleagues at all levels, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

We’re looking for a true administrative superstar with prior experience in a corporate setting. Your advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams—will make you an indispensable part of the team.
