Job DescriptionWhat’s in it for you?
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities and deliver outstanding results for business objectives. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the team and wider business to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of key initiatives that will help the business move forward.
The team:
This team is critical to the success of the business, it’s responsible for the strategy behind our existing range of products, whilst also developing new products. The team is known for being fast paced, high energy and passionate about delivering strong outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- Administrative Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for at least 3 senior team members (Co-head of Retail, Strategy Director, and Marketing Director)
- Meeting Coordination: Organise team meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up
- Expense & Budget Support: Process expense claims and assist with budget monitoring for team activities
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute team events, workshops, and offsites
- Ad hoc project support: Help support on small but important projects for the team
Ideally, you’ll have:
✅ Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment
✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✅ Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
✅ High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
