Focusing first and foremost on in depth, qualitative fund research, we provide tailored support and investment services for financial advisers and institutions.


Looking for an experience Team Assistant to support the Research & Consulting Director and the Research & Consulting Management Team (RCMT) on delivering a variety of initiatives, working to a schedule of activity and following research & consulting processes. To organise and manage the delivery of consulting workflow and research output internally across Titan and externally for our consulting clients. This includes management of the 3D workflow process and liaising with the Research Team Assistant to support the analyst team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and organise research output and support for both internal and external consulting clients.
  • Manage consulting meetings schedule & book review meetings.
  • Organise the consulting workflow for the team ensuring client deadlines are met.
  • Organise the 3D workflow.
  • Assist in ad hoc consulting projects.
  • Help to produce RAG reports for consulting clients and other consulting output.
  • Maintain consulting client fund list.
  • Email consulting clients with fund updates.
  • Take and circulate minutes of team meetings.
  • Book travel for the team.
  • Support in the delivery and roll out of technology solutions to win efficiencies for the team.
  • Assist with reporting for the EMT and MI data
  • Support and provide back up for other team assistants within our Titan pillar including relevant operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Team Assistant or similar role, having worked in large teams
  • Financial Services experience is desired but not essential
  • Dynamic, proactive and organised with a good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and co-ordinate multiple priorities
  • Proficient with office productivity tools and have an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be calm, efficient and personable.
