You will work closely alongside our EA team to provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners and assist in daily operational tasks.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Travel coordination – flights, hotels, itineraries, taxis, visas etc.
  • Compiling and submitting expense reports and travel invoices.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings: screen setups, rooms bookings and visitor registration.
  • Proactively manage office supplies and equipment for Partners’ Offices.
  • Handling office tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, couriers, ordering business cards, etc.
  • Coordinate lunches including room set up and reservations.
  • Support with EA cover, general admin and ad-hoc project and event support. 

Your present skillset:

  • 2+ years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within corporate environment.
  • Experience scheduling meetings and coordinating travel across multiple time zones.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy and focused on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to contribute to team goals through effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in dynamic environments.
  • Competent in numerical tasks, including basic bookkeeping and accurate calculations.
